When you contact us, please include the email address on your account and a short description of what you need. This helps us verify your request and respond accurately. For privacy or parental requests, we may ask a few follow-up questions to confirm your identity before we act. We aim to respond to all messages within a few business days.

How do I delete my account or my data?
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time. We will confirm the request and remove your data as described in our deletion process. See Data & Account Deletion.
How do subscriptions, free trials, and cancellation work?
Paid plans and any free trial period renew automatically until canceled. You manage and cancel through the app store or platform where you subscribed, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased and the applicable store rules. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are generally handled by that store. Our approach and any exceptions are explained in the Refund Policy.
I’m a parent or guardian — how do I manage my child’s account?
We provide tools and a contact path for parents and guardians to review, update, or delete a child’s information and to manage consent. Email us at support@doublewingbison.com and review the Children’s Privacy Notice for how we handle children’s data.
How does organization fundraising work?
Teams and organizations can use the App to support fundraising efforts. The rules governing campaigns, contributions, and organizer responsibilities are set out in the Fundraising Terms.
How do I report a safety or content problem?
If you encounter content or behavior that concerns you, please report it to us right away at support@doublewingbison.com. Our expectations for conduct and the steps we take are described in the Community Guidelines.
What are my privacy rights, and how do I make a data request?
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights or ask how we use your data, contact us at support@doublewingbison.com and see the Privacy Policy.
