Introduction

1. Getting started

Open the app on your phone or in a web browser, then tap Sign up.

• Enter your date of birth. This sets up the right kind of account. Users under 13 follow a parent-guided flow (see Kids & under-13 accounts).
• Create your login. Enter an email and password, or use Continue with Google / Continue with Apple (Apple on iPhone only). Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Verify your email. We send a 6-digit code to your email. Type it in to confirm the account.

Next you'll set up your profile in a few short steps:

1. Username — 3–20 characters, must be unique. You'll see live "available / taken" feedback.
2. Display name — your name for greetings like "Welcome, Darin." (Skipped automatically for Google/Apple sign-ins.)
3. Role — pick Coach, Athlete, Parent, or Fan. You can change this later in Settings.
4. Organization — search for your team/organization to join, or skip for now. Coaches can create a new organization here (it goes in for approval before it's live).

Already have an account? Use Sign in, and Forgot password if you need to reset it (you'll get a code by email).

2. The daily drill

The Today tab is the heart of the app. Each day you get a scripture-based "drill" tailored to your role.

On the Today screen you'll see:

• The week strip — a row of dates across the top. Tap any date to view that day's drill. A green check means you completed it; a red X means it was missed. You can scroll back through your full history.
• Your streak card — your current streak (days completed in a row) and your longest-ever streak, with a fire animation when you complete a day.
• Today's drill — the weekly theme, a Bible verse and reference, the full verse text, the drill instructions, a Game Related section that takes the drill onto the field, and sometimes a short linked video.

To complete a drill: read the verse and instructions, then tap Mark Complete. Your streak ticks up and the day gets a green check. Only today's drill counts toward your streak. Pull down to refresh if content looks out of date.

3. Getting around: the tabs

Five tabs sit along the bottom of the screen (tap them, or swipe left/right on mobile):

• Today — your daily drill, week strip, and streak.
• Timeline — browse every published drill, past and upcoming.
• Organization — your team and any active fundraising campaigns.
• Videos — the coaching video library.
• Profile — your avatar, stats, organization, and sign out.

4. Timeline & videos

Timeline

The Timeline tab lists all drills as cards showing the date, verse, category, and whether you completed it. Use the category filter at the top to narrow it down, and scroll to load more. Tap any card to open the full drill.

Videos

The Videos tab is a library of coaching videos in a grid. Filter by category, then tap a video to play it right in the app.

5. Your profile & stats

The Profile tab is your personal hub:

• Avatar — tap to upload a new photo (adults only; kids' avatars are locked for privacy).
• Name, username, and role badge.
• Streak and activity — current/longest streak, drills completed this week/month/total, and a heatmap grid of your recent activity.
• Organization — the team you belong to and your role in it. Members can leave from here; owners can't leave their own org.
• Sign out.

6. Settings

Open Settings to manage your account:

• Account — edit display name, username, email, and password, change your role, and manage your subscription.
• Notifications — turn the daily drill reminder on or off and set the delivery time (defaults to 6:00 AM, in your device's timezone).
• Restore purchases — re-link your subscription if you switched devices.
• Blocked accounts — see who you've blocked and unblock them.
• Legal & support — links to the policies and support.
• Delete account — permanently removes your account and personal data after a confirmation.

7. Free trial & subscription

Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial with full access to all drills, videos, and features — no payment up front.

When the trial ends, a subscription screen appears with the available plans. Pick one and confirm through the normal Apple or Google purchase flow (no card typing needed). Switched phones? Tap Restore Purchases to get access back.

8. Roles explained

Everyone gets daily drills, timeline, videos, and profile. Your role changes the drill content and a few features:

• Athlete — athlete-focused drills; can join a team and take part in fundraisers.
• Coach — coach-focused drills; can view all four roles' drills; can create and run an organization and its fundraisers.
• Parent — parent-focused drills; can join a team and fundraise; can help recover a child's account.
• Fan — encouragement-focused drills; supports through public donation links.

You can view other roles' drills, but you can only mark your own role's drill complete.

9. Teams & organizations

An organization is a team or group. Join one during sign-up or later from the setup/organization step: search for it and join. You can leave a team from your Profile (owners can't leave their own org — they transfer or manage it instead). Being in an org unlocks the Organization tab.

10. Fundraising

Once you're in an organization, the Organization tab shows your org and its active campaigns.

To take part in a campaign:

1. Open the Organization tab and tap an active campaign.
2. Tap Join fundraiser. You get a personal referral link and QR code.
3. Share it — email, text, WhatsApp, Facebook, X, copy link, or save the QR image.
4. Supporters scan the QR or open the link and land on a public donation page — no app or account needed. They pick or type an amount and pay by card.
5. The leaderboard updates in real time. Ranks 1–3 get gold/silver/bronze medals.

Supporter amounts appear on the campaign's activity ledger without names, keeping donations private. You can report or block anyone who appears on a leaderboard (see Safety).

11. For coaches

Coaches (and organization owners) get extra tools. This all happens inside the app — no admin panel needed.

Create your organization

During setup or from the organization step, choose Create organization, enter a name, and submit. New orgs are approved before going live. Once approved, you get the Manage organization screen.

Manage the organization

• Profile — edit the org name, description, location, and logo.
• Members — see the member list with roles and remove anyone who shouldn't be there. (Members join themselves by searching for your org.)

Run fundraising campaigns

1. Tap Create campaign: set a title, description, goal amount, currency, and optional start/end dates. Choose which roles can participate.
2. Save as a draft to keep editing, or publish to make it active.
3. For active campaigns you can watch progress, pause a campaign, open the leaderboard, and share the QR/link.

Get paid (Stripe payouts)

To receive funds, complete Stripe onboarding from the manage screen. The screen shows your payout status — not started, in progress, ready, or needs attention — plus the platform fee that applies. If you hand the team to someone else, use ownership transfer: the new owner accepts the request and sets up their own payout account, while past records stay intact.

12. Safety: report & block

You can keep things clean anywhere people appear (like fundraiser leaderboards):

• Report — tap the report option, pick a reason (harassment, hate speech, spam, misinformation, offensive, or other), add optional details, and submit. It goes to the moderation team.
• Block — hide someone from leaderboards. Manage your blocks any time under Settings → Blocked accounts.

13. Kids & under-13 accounts

If the date of birth is under 13, the app uses a parent-guided sign-up: a parent/guardian email (where all account messages go), the child's first name only, a username, and a password. The parent receives the confirmation code. Kids' accounts have privacy protections — for example, no avatar upload — and the linked parent email can be used to recover the account.

14. Web vs. mobile

The app works on iPhone, Android, and in a web browser. A few things differ:

• Notifications — daily reminders work on the phone apps, not in the browser.
• Sharing — phones use the native share sheet; the web uses your browser's share or copy-to-clipboard.
• Navigation — swipe between tabs on mobile; click tabs on the web.

15. Troubleshooting & support

• Didn't get your code? Check spam, then request a new one. Kids' codes go to the parent email.
• Content looks stale? Pull down to refresh on Today, Timeline, or Videos.
• Lost access after switching phones? Settings → Restore purchases.
• No reminders? Check Settings → Notifications is on, and allow notifications in your phone's system settings.
