Effective date: June 18, 2026
These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern the purchase, billing, renewal, and cancellation of paid subscriptions to More Than Conquerors (the “App”), operated by Double Wing Bison Inc. (“Double Wing Bison,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They supplement, and form part of, our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service regarding subscriptions specifically, these Subscription Terms control.
By starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms as well as the applicable terms of the app store or billing provider through which you transact. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
1. What a Subscription Includes
A paid subscription unlocks premium access to the App. The specific premium features, content, and benefits included in a subscription are described on the purchase screen presented to you inside the App at the time of purchase (“Premium Features”). Premium Features may include, for example, expanded scripture and mindset content, additional drills, and other capabilities identified at purchase.
We may add to, change, or remove Premium Features over time as the App evolves. The features you see on the purchase screen at the time you subscribe describe what is offered with that subscription. Material changes that reduce the core value of an active subscription will be handled consistent with applicable law and the rules of the store through which you purchased.
Your premium access depends on holding an active, paid entitlement. If your entitlement is not active (for example, because a trial or subscription has not converted, has lapsed, was canceled, or was refunded), Premium Features will not be available. See Section 11.
2. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial to new subscribers so you can evaluate Premium Features before paying.
- Length. The standard free trial is three (3) days, unless a different length is stated on the purchase screen at the time you sign up.
- Eligibility. The free trial is generally limited to one trial per user and per app store account. If you, your device, or your store account has already used a trial, you may not be eligible for another.
- Automatic conversion. Unless you cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the trial ends, your free trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and the app store will charge you the applicable price for the first billing period. The subscription will then renew automatically as described in Section 5.
- Canceling during the trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. To cancel, follow the steps in Section 6. If you cancel during the trial, you will keep trial access until the trial period ends, after which premium access stops.
- Availability may change. Trial availability, length, and eligibility are promotional and may change or be discontinued at any time, and may differ by store, region, or offer.
If you do not want to be charged, cancel before the trial converts. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the renewal and refund rules in these Subscription Terms apply.
3. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
The price of a subscription is shown to you on the purchase screen in the App before you confirm the purchase, in your local currency where supported by the app store.
- Price at purchase. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your initial term, subject to the renewal and price-change rules below.
- Currency. Prices are presented in the currency determined by your app store account and region. Currency conversion, if any, is handled by the app store or payment provider, not by us.
- Taxes. Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) depending on your jurisdiction and the policies of the app store. The app store calculates, collects, and remits applicable taxes and will display the tax treatment at or before checkout. The total amount charged, including any taxes, is shown before you confirm.
We do not set or control the exact tax amount; that is determined by the app store and applicable law based on your billing location.
4. Billing Through the App Stores
Subscriptions purchased inside the App are billed through the app store for your platform:
- On iOS, billing is handled by the Apple App Store.
- On Android, billing is handled by Google Play.
For these purchases, Apple or Google is the merchant of record and processes your payment under their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. Your payment method, billing details, and transaction history for store-billed purchases are held by the app store, not by us. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. After the app store processes your purchase, we receive entitlement status (for example, whether your subscription is active, in trial, expired, or canceled) from RevenueCat so that we can unlock or lock Premium Features in the App. RevenueCat acts as a service provider that relays subscription status between the app stores and the App. See our Privacy Policy for more on how subscription data is processed.
Because the app store is the merchant for these purchases, your relationship for payment, billing disputes, and most refunds is with the app store, subject to Section 9 and Section 10.
5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewing. This means:
- Unless you cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew for another period of the same length (for example, monthly or annual, matching what you purchased).
- Each renewal is charged at the then-current price for that subscription, subject to the price-change rules in Section 8.
- The app store will charge your payment method within the twenty-four (24) hours before each renewal date.
- Renewal continues for successive periods until you cancel.
You authorize the app store to charge your payment method on file for each renewal at the applicable price unless and until you cancel. To stop renewals, you must cancel before the cutoff described above using the steps in Section 6. Turning off auto-renew is the only way to prevent the next charge.
6. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not provide a refund for the current period, and you keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for (or, during a trial, until the trial ends). After that, premium access stops.
Because the app store is the billing party, you cancel through the store you used to subscribe.
On iOS (Apple App Store):
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the More Than Conquerors subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. If you do not see a Cancel option, the subscription is already canceled and will not renew.
You can also manage Apple subscriptions from the App Store app: tap your profile icon, then Subscriptions.
On Android (Google Play):
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select the More Than Conquerors subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
You can also manage Google Play subscriptions in a web browser at the Google Play subscriptions page while signed in to the same Google account.
For web billing (if you subscribed through our web billing option):
- Use the manage subscription or billing portal link provided in the App, in your subscription confirmation email, or on our website.
- Sign in if prompted, select your subscription, and choose Cancel.
- If you cannot locate the link, contact us at support@doublewingbison.com and we will help you cancel.
If you purchased through one store, canceling there is what stops billing. Deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription. See Section 14.
7. Managing Your Subscription
You can view and manage your subscription, including its renewal date, current plan, price, and payment method, through the same store or billing portal where you subscribed:
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store app → profile → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Web (if applicable): the billing portal link provided in the App or your confirmation email.
From there you can turn off auto-renew, change plans where the store supports it, or update your payment method. Changes such as upgrades, downgrades, or plan switches are governed by the rules of the app store and may take effect immediately or at the next renewal, depending on the store. If you have trouble managing your subscription, contact us via Support or at support@doublewingbison.com.
8. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will apply only on a going-forward basis and will not be applied retroactively to periods you have already paid for.
- Notice and consent. Where a price increase affects your renewal, you will receive notice and, where required, be asked for consent in accordance with the rules of the app store and applicable law. The app stores have their own processes for notifying subscribers of price increases and, in many cases, for obtaining consent before charging the higher price.
- Your choices. If you do not agree to a new price, you can cancel before the increase takes effect using the steps in Section 6. If consent is required and not given as required by the store, the subscription may not renew at the new price.
- Promotional pricing. Introductory, promotional, or discounted prices apply only for the stated period. After that period, the subscription renews at the then-current standard price unless canceled.
The price shown on the purchase screen and your store’s renewal notices are the authoritative source for what you will be charged.
9. Refunds
For subscriptions billed through the app stores, refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their own policies, because they are the merchant of record for those purchases.
- We generally cannot grant refunds for store-billed purchases. Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases must be made to Apple or Google directly. We do not have the ability to issue refunds on the app stores’ behalf.
- Apple App Store refunds. Request a refund through Apple (for example, via the “Report a Problem” page at reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple purchase history). Apple decides whether to grant a refund under its policies.
- Google Play refunds. Request a refund through Google Play (via your Google Play order history or Google Play support). Google decides whether to grant a refund under its policies.
- No refund for unused time. Except where required by law or granted by the store, partial periods, unused time, or remaining access after cancellation are not refundable.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the rights described in Section 13. For our overall approach and additional detail, see our Refund Policy.
10. Web Billing (If Offered)
We may offer a web billing option that lets you subscribe outside the app stores, for example through RevenueCat Web Billing with payment processing by Stripe.
- How it works. If web billing is offered and you choose it, your payment is processed by Stripe as payment processor, and your entitlement is managed through RevenueCat. Your subscription still renews automatically on the terms shown at purchase, and the renewal, cancellation, and price-change principles in these Subscription Terms apply.
- Managing and canceling web subscriptions. Use the billing portal or manage-subscription link provided in the App, your confirmation email, or our website, as described in Section 6 and Section 7.
- Refunds for web purchases. Unlike store-billed purchases, refunds for web purchases are handled by us and are governed by our Refund Policy. Refund requests for web subscriptions should be directed to support@doublewingbison.com.
Web billing availability may vary by region and may be added, changed, or discontinued. The price, currency, and tax treatment for web purchases are shown at checkout.
11. Entitlement-Dependent Access
Premium access is tied to an active, paid entitlement. We rely on entitlement status from RevenueCat and the app stores (or our web billing provider) to determine whether to unlock Premium Features.
Your premium access will end automatically if your entitlement is no longer active, including when:
- a free trial does not convert (for example, because you canceled before it ended);
- a subscription lapses because a renewal payment was not completed by the app store or payment provider;
- you cancel and reach the end of your paid period;
- a purchase is refunded, charged back, or reversed; or
- a subscription is otherwise revoked, suspended, or expires.
When an entitlement ends, Premium Features become unavailable and the App reverts to non-premium access. There may be a short delay between a change in your store subscription status and when the App reflects it, as entitlement updates propagate through RevenueCat and the stores. We are not responsible for store-side processing delays, but premium access will resume when an active entitlement is restored.
12. Trials and Promotions Abuse
Free trials, introductory offers, discounts, and other promotions are intended for legitimate, good-faith evaluation and use by eligible users. We may limit, withhold, modify, or revoke trial or promotional access, and may decline to honor a trial or offer, if we reasonably determine that it has been or is being abused. Abuse includes, for example:
- creating multiple accounts, devices, or store accounts to obtain more than one trial or repeated promotions;
- using fraudulent, stolen, or invalid payment or account information;
- circumventing eligibility, geographic, or one-per-user limits; or
- otherwise misusing trials or offers in violation of these Subscription Terms, the Terms of Service, or the rules of the app store.
We may take these actions in addition to any other remedies available to us, and consistent with applicable law and store policies.
13. EEA/UK Consumer Note
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal (a “cooling-off” period, typically 14 days) for distance purchases, including digital content and digital services.
- Immediate performance and consent. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content and services, when you start a subscription or trial you may be asked to expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (or, for paid digital content, once download, streaming, or access has started with your consent). Where you have given that consent and we (or the store) have begun providing the service, the withdrawal right may no longer apply to that period.
- Where withdrawal still applies. Where you have not given such consent, or to the extent the law preserves your withdrawal right, you may withdraw within the statutory period as described in our Refund Policy.
- Store-billed purchases. For purchases billed by Apple or Google, withdrawal and refund requests are processed through the relevant store, consistent with Section 9.
This section does not limit your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer. For details on how to exercise these rights, see our Refund Policy.
14. Effect of Account Deletion
Deleting your App account or removing the App from your device does not automatically cancel or refund a store-billed subscription. App store subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, separate from your App account.
- If you want to stop being billed, you must cancel the subscription separately through the relevant app store (or web billing portal) using the steps in Section 6, in addition to deleting your account if you choose to.
- If you delete your account but do not cancel the subscription, the app store may continue to charge you at each renewal.
- Likewise, canceling your subscription does not, by itself, delete your account or data.
For how to delete your account and data, and how deletion interacts with active subscriptions, see Data & Account Deletion.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our offerings, app store requirements, payment providers, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the Effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate or required, provide additional notice in the App or by other reasonable means.
Changes apply on a going-forward basis. They do not retroactively change the price of a period you have already paid for, and material changes affecting an active subscription will be handled consistent with applicable law and store rules. Your continued use of a subscription after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Subscription Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel as described in Section 6.
